Red Card Policy

1-match suspension for red card or two yellows

Further sanctions possible; no appeals

Uniform Submission

Home and away kits must be submitted at least 3 days before event

Away team must change if there is a color conflict

Field & Equipment

Shin guards required

Teams and coaches on one side; spectators on the opposite

Casts allowed if padded and approved

Match balls provided; teams must bring backup FIFA-approved ball

Protests & Appeals

Must be submitted in writing within 1 hour of match

Decisions by Tournament Committee are final

Sanctioning & Referees

Sanctioned by Valencian Football Federation

All referees officially appointed

Permission to Travel

International teams must provide travel authorization from national federation

Failure to do so may result in disqualification
